We know for many clients it is impractical to visit our office or use our secure portal. That is why we have the technology to bring our tax services on the road and complete your taxes in the privacy of your home. With the help of a laptop computer, mobile scanner and printer we can visit you at a convenient time and complete your return.
A note about additional fees – While we would like to provide this service free of charge it would be impractical and unfair to clients who use our other options. We will assess each client on a case by case basis as to what additional fees apply. Clients who require only one visit and are located in the St Charles area may have no additional fee outside of normal preparation fees. Clients who require return visits or live outside of a 10 mile radius of the office will have a travel expense surcharge added to total fees. We appreciate your understanding.
